Pricing
We always try to make sure that the prices on KP Auto Car Parts are accurate and up to date but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will let you know the correct price and give you the option to either carry on with your order or cancel it. If your order is cancelled you will be refunded in full.
Availability
KP Auto Car Parts aims to carry the majority of the items listed on the web site, however due to the extensive range of the products we sell including special order or car specific products some items may have become out of stock. In the event of any delay to your order we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery time.
KP Auto Car Parts has tried to make the descriptions (including all pictures) of the products as accurate as possible but we are unable to take responsibility for any mistakes or inaccuracies.
Payment
We accept payment from the following UK credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron and Maestro as well as PayPal (www.paypal.co.uk).
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order straight away if placed before 3pm (excluding weekends). If the item is not in stock or there is a delay you will be contacted.
Some items are made to order, such as hose kits, we will then contact you to let you know how long they will take.
We use Royal Mail or other couriers depending on weight of item.
Whilst most orders are delivered within 3-5 days from dispatch, please allow 14 days for delivery.
If you have placed a recent order that has not been received more that 14 days ago please contact us as we will track it down.
Postage stated is for delivery to the UK. If you are outside the UK please contact us and we will let you know the cost of postage to your country. Alternatively you can place your order and we will contact you to confirm the delivery cost and you will have the option to cancel your order at this stage if you wish.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However if you need to return an item please email us within 7 days of receipt so we can send you a returns form. Not all products should be returned to us directly, so it is also important you check the returns form for the correct address to send your return to. Please note that Items returned may be subject to a restocking charge.
If you wish to return an item, it must be complete, unopened and unused. Items may be returned at customers own cost and a refund for the items returned will be given by the appropriate payment method, whether directly back to a card, or via the Paypal payment system. The cost of postage cannot be refunded.
Special order items are custom made to your specification and for this reason are exempt from the 7 day cancellation period. We regret that we will not be able to accept these goods back for credit or exchange.
Damaged items: if you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, please contact us within five days of receipt for exchange.
Defective items: you have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your Products carefully. KP Automotive is not involved in the manufacture of Products. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
In all cases, please email customerservices@kpautomotive.co.uk quoting your order number, name, address, product details and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. This must be done within seven days of receipt.
Privacy Policy
We treat your personal data with the utmost care and security. Any details that you provide us with will only be used in the manner that you have permitted.
When you create an account with us we may ask you for certain information - for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact details. We may also record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to process your order and communicate with you subsequently. By making an order and submitting your data you agree to this use. We will not sell any information collected about you to a third party.
